Mit einem kleinen Fußmarsch ist der lebendige Küstenort Dorum-Neufeld mit seinem Strand, Kutterhafen, Wellenfreibad und charmanten Cafés erreichbar.

Bequemes Komfortferienhaus mit 3 Zimmern auf 61 qm Wohnfläche für bis zu 4 Personen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein ein Wohn-Esszimmer mit komplett ausgestatteter, moderner, offener Küche sowie ein Duschbad mit WC und Waschmaschine und eine möblierte Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten für 4 Personen und 2 Gartenliegen. Im Obergeschoß gibt es ein Elternschlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein zusätzliches Schlafzimmer mit getrennt stehenden Betten.
