Impressive Villa Puntulina is located on a magical property of 1800 m2 in the hearth of Istria, in place Krmed, and is surrounded by beautiful greenery. This villa is characterized by both modern and rustic architectural style, as it was built on existing foundations and thus retains its distinctive and special style.

The area of the residential unit is 600m2, which can comfortably accommodate 10 people. On the upper floor of the villa there are a total of five bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom with a bathtub, while the other four rooms have their own bathroom with a shower. All rooms are air-conditioned and offer a view of the beautiful nature surrounding the villa. Besides the bedrooms, there is a fitness room on the upper floor, which will surely delight all those who enjoy active holidays.

On the ground floor of the Villa Puntulina, you will find a modern kitchen, a stylish living room, a bar and two dining rooms, one inside with two tables and one outside, which can be used together if necessary and can accommodate up to 40 people. In addition, on the first floor there is a separate bathroom and two additional toilets. The villa also has its own cellar, where, parallel to the technical part, there is also a wine canteen, where you will surely enjoy tasting this special drink, for which Istria is known not only in Croatia, but worldwide. While the modern design inside this villa will delight you, what awaits you when you enter the outdoor courtyard will definitely leave you speechless. The outdoor courtyard is completely fenced with a stone fence and is dominated by a pool of 50 m2 and a depth of 1.5 metres. The pool has an additional heating and hydro-massage function, is surrounded by a total of ten sun loungers and is an ideal place to spend warm summer days sunbathing and relaxing. Those looking for culinary challenges will find a barbecue area in the courtyard, and guests can choose to use a gas grill or a charcoal grill. Guests of the villa have a total of nine secured parking spaces at their disposal, four of them outside and five inside the courtyard.

The villa is suitable for organizing various events up to a total of 40 people, and additional service for organizing breakfast, lunch and dinner can be requested by arrangement in the villa.

Although the content of the villa and its immediate surroundings promise an excellent and varied entertainment, where everyone can find something for themselves, we highly recommend to use the time and visit the surrounding places in the inland and on the coast of Istria. The inland of Istria is ideal for those who like to explore wine routes, historical sights and social events. Central Istria is also known as a gastronomic destination, as evidenced by numerous local specialties such as Istrian truffles, prosciutto, fuži and award-winning Istrian wines such as Malvasia or Teran. An irreplaceable ingredient of every dish is high quality olive oil. All this can be enjoyed by visiting towns and places like Vodnjan, Fažana, Rovinj, Rovinjsko selo, Pula and others. The coast of Istria is also rich in beautiful beaches where you can spend time with your loved ones in the crystal clear Adriatic Sea.
