The fairy-tale Villa Mileti is located at the foot of the mountain Velebit in a small village called Tribanj Šibuljina, near Zadar. Situated close to Starigrad and Paklenica National Park, in a place where sea meets mountains, this villa is a paradise for pure nature lovers. On a plot of 2000 m2, there is a spacious, secluded garden enclosed in wild Mediterranean nature with charming garden furnishings and outdoor grill. You can relax on sun loungers beside the 7x3 m swimming pool and enjoy the beautiful sea view, clear air and the smell of pine trees. Built in rustic style and inspired by mountainous terrain, the villa also received the award for the best house and garden in Starigrad.

The fully equipped kitchen and living room are decorated in a traditional style with carefully selected details and natural materials. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms with shower, the house is ideal for 6 to 8 people. Each bedroom has a double bed and an air conditioning, and one has a sofa bed and a mattress gallery where guests can also sleep.

If you’re looking for refreshment in the sea, the pebble beach is a 5-minute walk away, and if you want to hike and visit the beautiful Paklenica, you will be thrilled by the fact that the mountain route passes 10 metres above the property. The perfect location of this villa also gives you an excellent opportunity to return home with wonderful memories from the unforgettable Zadar and Plitvice Lakes.

This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee.

Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under.
