The Landhaus was built in 1896 - ( yes, 1896! Austria was still a monarchy and ruled by Emperor Franz Josef). But don't worry, a lot has happened since then, of course. Running water and electricity are just as much a matter of course as high-speed internet, flat screen TV and a Marshall Bluetooth box for acoustic pleasure.

In the house there are 3 holiday flats on 3 floors, which are reached via a common entrance and a rustic staircase. The idyllic 300 qm² garden is surrounded by a hedge and invites you to play, romp and linger. Here you will also find a covered, cosy seating area with a fireplace/grill and plenty of opportunities for a cosy get-together.

Flat 1 - "Insa B'sunas"

The holiday flat is located on the ground floor (unfortunately not barrier-free) and offers a lot of space to feel good with an area of over 95 sqm. The flat is divided into 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and separate toilet. 
The kitchen is new, modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, and much more. A large selection of cooking utensils leaves hardly anything to be desired.
The bathroom is also newly renovated and offers a rain shower and towel radiator. Bathroom textiles and care products such as shower gel, shampoo, hand soap and body lotion from the brand "Stop the Water, while using me" are available for your stay.
