Three buildings are connected in Villa Palmarosa and can accommodate a total of 12 people in six bedrooms in a beautiful modern environment. Drink your morning coffee on one of the four terraces with beautiful views and start your morning with the first rays of the sun. The villa has three interconnected buildings, each of which has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The villa has three separate terraces and a large terrace on the top floor, where you can barbecue together and have dinner with family and friends. There is also a game room with darts, table soccer and 2 basketball hoops. In the villa you will also find an infrared sauna for 2 people (with extra charge). For the youngest guests the villa offers a slide and swings, mini soccer and darts for children. Enjoy the beautiful view on the terrace. IMPORTANT: younger groups of visitors (25 or younger) are not allowed.Villa Palmarosa is located not far from the city of Zadar in Sukosan. Although modern, the villa is located in an area surrounded by nature, peace and quiet. It is located only 4 km from the sandy beach in Sukosan. Restaurants as well as local cafes are located within 4 km around the villa. Here you can taste local specialties and explore the surroundings. There are smaller stores and supermarkets within 500m, so you can easily go shopping on foot. Sukosan is a famous tourist destination in Zadar county in beautiful Dalmatia. The villa is located a 20-minute drive from the city of Zadar, where you can visit many sights, such as the famous Sea Organ, the Church of St. Donat and many other sights.
