This beautiful 3-bedroom villa is the perfect vacation accommodation for 6 guests. Villa Blueview Arctium is located in a small Istrian village and has a fully fenced garden with a private pool. As a further highlight, the villa offers a large sun deck with views of the Istrian countryside. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen with dining area is connected to the L-shaped living room, where there is a large, open fireplace. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, each with its own bathroom. On the upper floor there is another large bedroom with a balcony, two bathrooms and a small living room. The covered outdoor terrace extends along the living area and offers a beautiful view of the pool. The location of this villa is very advantageous and offers relaxation, but also many attractions within a short driveVilla Blueview Arctium is located in central Istria in the small village of Heraki just a short drive from the coastal town of Porec. Here you will find a wide selection of beautiful sunny beaches, excellent restaurants, cafes and bars. The town of Porec is known for its rich cultural heritage. The symbol of the city is the stunning Euphrasius Basilica. The nearest beach with crystal clear water is also located here in Porec. The surrounding area also offers numerous leisure activities: Cycling, horseback riding, jogging, hiking and much more. So this is the perfect place for sports lovers! The beautiful location offers guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding smaller towns and visit their restaurants with famous Istrian specialties. We recommend you to visit the medieval towns such as Motovun, Groznjan and Buzet. You can also quickly reach the picturesque town of Rovinj by car. Stroll through the romantic alleyways and visit the baroque Church of St. Euphemia and the town palace. Culinary lovers should not miss the Monte restaurant, which has earned a Michelin star.
