The beautiful Villa Stancija Cabrunici is located in a small village Cabrunici, only 20 minutes drive from the beautiful crystal clear blue Adriatic Sea. It offers an ideal vacation for friends or families who want to spend it together. Villa Stancija Cabrunici can accommodate up to 10 people. At your disposal are 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms (2 of which are en-suite and one is located in the pool house), a spacious living room with wooden beams and fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. In the villa there are 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds that can be put together as a double bed. There is also an additional living room with sofa.

For an even more enjoyable vacation, the villa offers a sauna, jacuzzi and fitness room.

In the beautiful and large garden you can relax and enjoy on the sun loungers next to the 60 m2 swimming pool. Within the garden there is a pool house, outdoor kitchen, barbecue with outdoor dining area, children's playground and bocce court at your disposal.

There are 4 bicycles at your disposal for exploring the surrounding area.

The first beach is in Fazana, a small coastal town with a small harbor. In Fazana, you have the option of taking a boat to one of the national parks in Croatia - Brijuni.

In Fazana there is a large pebble beach with numerous water sports and activities. In Svetvincenat (3 km) there are many restaurants, cafés, wineries and stores at your disposal.

Svetvincenat is a charming quiet town in central Istria, known not only for its historical and cultural sights, but for excellent wines and delicious Istrian cuisine: homemade Istrian prosciutto (prsut), Istrian pasta (fuzi) and Mediterranean homemade specialties. During your stay in Istria, visit the town of Pula with its Roman amphitheater (25 km) and the beautiful town of Rovinj (20 km).
