The beautiful and spacious Villa Kelly, located on a hill overlooking the Kvarner Bay, will immediately enchant you with its mesmerizing sea view. This modern, fully equipped villa comprises 4 levels (one is closed), which are separate units connected only by external stairs and can accommodate a maximum of 18 guests. The villa is ideal for a relaxing vacation for families, offering privacy on each level, but with the possibility to enjoy time together in the villa as well as outside.
On the top floor is a penthouse, spread over 2 levels (duplex), with 4 bedrooms with double beds, 2 living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, an office, 5 bathrooms, 2 balconies and a roof terrace.
The second floor is closed and is not available.
The second floor has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen and terrace where you can enjoy the view and relax with your morning coffee.
The lower level consists of a large sunny living area with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a sauna where you can relax after a long day. On the lowest level there are also 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The lounge area is spacious enough to bring all the villa's guests together. There is direct access to a large terrace overlooking the pool area and a great place to enjoy the stunning sea views.
There is an outdoor charcoal barbecue suitable for preparing al fresco meals after a relaxing day by the inviting private infinity pool.
There are numerous places in Villa Kelly where you can relax, whether sunbathing, swimming in the infinity pool while gazing at the Kvarner Bay, enjoying the magnificent sea views from the balconies and terraces, or indulging in some wellness time in the sauna.
The villa is equipped with WiFi and offers 8 private parking spaces and we are sure a unique vacation too!
However, Villa Kelly is not a party house and youth groups are not allowed.Villa Kelly is located on a beautiful hill, as part of the small town of Matulji, which rises above the Kvarner Bay, and dates back to the 17th century. Matulji is located just a few kilometers south of Opatija - the pearl of the Adriatic. Opatija is the oldest tourist center in Croatia, with a history dating back to the 19th century, when the Habsburg dynasty made the town a popular destination for aristocrats. There are numerous restaurants, bars and cafés in the city as well as Lungomare - a 12 km long promenade along the coast. Not forgetting, of course, the numerous beaches.

The pool at this accommodation can be heated for an extra charge. Please book this service at least one week in advance.
