The beautiful Villa Percan is the ideal choice for families or groups of friends who want to relax in beautiful surroundings just 3 km from the Adriatic Sea. You can also relax on the comfortable sun loungers by the private pool. On the terrace, there is an outdoor dining area with a charcoal barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals or enjoy a glass of your favorite drink. There are various activities for the children: swings, a trampoline and a futsal court. The first floor consists of a lovingly furnished living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining room. The four bedrooms (all air-conditioned) and the three bathrooms are located on the upper floor.
