The eight vacation homes are located on a 2500 square meter nature/water property directly on the Szczecin Lagoon. Each cottage is individual and separate. A path leads from the property directly to the beach (approx. 50 m). All vacation homes have a furnished terrace or an outdoor seating area with barbecue and a parking lot directly at the bungalow. The vacation home is equipped with: Living room (upholstered furniture incl. sofa bed, TV), bedroom (2 beds), kitchenette (electric stove, fridge, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC, electric heating.
A rowing boat, a raft and a covered terrace directly on the water with barbecue, smoking area and campfire site are available for free use. Guided motorboat trips are possible by arrangement.
The total price includes: Final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. One small dog up to a size of 40 cm is allowed in this accommodation in the months of July-August. Outside this period, larger dogs are also permitted.
Bellin, a district of the harbor town of Ueckermünde, is a small vacation resort in wooded surroundings directly on the Szczecin Lagoon. There are shops, restaurants and two beaches in the village. Ueckermünde with its zoo and harbor is about 5 km away. Excursions to Poland and the island of Usedom are possible from here.
