The house offers space for a maximum of 6 people. In the neighbouring outbuilding, a former party room with sitting area, fireplace and double sofa bed, there are 2 further sleeping possibilities. The house extends over two living levels. On the ground floor there is a large living/dining area (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, dining table, flat-screen TV, mini hi-fi system), a fully equipped kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with separate shower/bathtub/WC and washing machine. On the upper floor (access via a steep staircase) there are 2 bedrooms. In the large bedroom there is a box-spring bed with a width of 1.80 m, a workstation with WiFi, a TV and a permanently installed safe. In the smaller bedroom there are 2 box-spring beds, each 90 cm wide, which can also be put together and used as a double bed. A cot and high chair are available for small children. The house is centrally heated and also has a wood-burning stove in the living room. There is a furnished terrace, barbecue, lockable storage space for bicycles brought along, power connection for e-bikes, WiFi and a 3-car carport. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy. Pets are allowed: Pets are allowed in this property.
In the centre of the rural Uckermark, between the small towns of Prenzlau and Templin, lies the very well connected village of Hassleben in the municipality of Boitzenburger Land. It is also easily accessible by public transport thanks to its convenient location on the B109 motorway. There is also a well-developed network of cycle paths. There is a natural swimming area at Lake Kuhz, 2 km away, which is easy to cycle to. The village also has a small food market, which is open 7 days a week, and a restaurant.
