With its own beach, directly on the Müritz and in a very quiet location within a residential estate, the separate holiday apartment for two people is located on the owner's approx. 1,500 m² fenced waterfront property in his house. The old town of Waren (Müritz) with shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés, various sights as well as excursion and boat trips is approx. 15 minutes' walk away.
The approx. 37 square metre, tastefully furnished non-smoking apartment (smoking permitted outdoors) with a view of the lake is on the ground floor and has a combined living room and bedroom (double bed, sitting area with armchairs, flat-screen TV), an open-plan kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge, microwave, dining area, various small kitchen appliances), a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer) and a hallway with a large wardrobe. The apartment is centrally heated (kitchen and bathroom underfloor heating) and is equipped with insect screens on the windows.
In addition, guests have access to a car park, bicycle storage facilities, Wi-Fi and various seating and sunbathing areas, a barbecue area and the private beach on the spacious, well-kept grounds.
The total price includes final cleaning, energy and water costs as well as bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Resort tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.
The state-recognised spa town of Waren (Müritz) is located in charming surroundings directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District and attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous catering establishments as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service). Motorway access approx. 25 km.
