The separate holiday apartment for two people is located directly on the Tiefwarensee in a quiet location on the ground floor of the owner's house on a fully fenced plot of approx. 500 m². A natural bathing area is only a few metres away and access to the lake is only interrupted by a cycle and hiking path. There is another holiday apartment (DZV393) on the property.
Renovated in 2023, the approx. 38 m², tastefully furnished and centrally heated non-smoking apartment has a combined living/bedroom (double box-spring bed, small sitting area with two armchairs, smart TV with Netflix, insect screen on the balcony door), a separate, fully equipped kitchen (dining table, electric hob, oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine) and a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer). There is also a partially covered (additional awning) and furnished balcony with lake view, sun loungers, barbecue, car parking space in front of the property, bicycle storage facilities and free WiFi.
The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy consumption. Bed linen and towels can be brought or rented. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, bed linen and towels if required. Pets are not allowed in this property.
The state-recognised spa town of Waren (Müritz) is located in charming surroundings directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service). Motorway access approx. 25 km.
