Situated in the heart of Sigean, this gîte is ideally located for visiting the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park and its beautiful landscapes of garrigue, lakes and sea, where there are many walks to choose from (Etang de Bages, Ile de Sainte-Lucie).
Less than 10 minutes away is the seaside resort of Port-la-Nouvelle, where you can enjoy the wide, beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean. Famous for its wine, this wine-growing region is waiting for you to discover its terroir. Half an hour from the gîte, you can also visit Narbonne la Romaine, where there are plenty of things to do. The Sigean African Reserve is also a must-see. The nearby Etang de Sigean is an ideal spot for windsurfing, and there is also a sailing club, catamaran, paddle... and here you can watch the pink flamingos.
On site, you'll find plenty of shops to do your shopping (there's even a supermarket almost opposite the gîte) or enjoy a meal at the restaurant.
The gîte has its own private terrace with garden furniture and an electric griddle, so you can enjoy convivial moments at lunchtime or in the evening. The large garden shared with the owners is accessible throughout your stay, so you can relax and bask in the southern sunshine. The swimming pool (11x5m) shared with the owners is also at your disposal and you can enjoy it all day long, at any time and in complete privacy, as if it were your own. Parking for your car is located on the property under a private shelter (the property is secured by a gate).
The gîte is on one level and adjoining the owners' house, with independent access that opens onto a living room with a sitting area with sofa and TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. Separate WC. A separate bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and en-suite shower room (shower, washing machine, washbasin). Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included. WIFI connection included. Non-smoking house.
