Small but nice: Sa Punta de Portocolom is perfect for couples looking for modern accommodation and a central location for their holiday on Mallorca. You can easily park your hire car on the cobbled street directly in front of the house, from where the front steps lead up to the living area. Put down your suitcase and let your gaze wander over the city - how beautiful, this view over the houses! The covered terrace offers enough space for two comfortable sun loungers and a small table where you can easily place your morning coffee.

In the lower part of the house you will find the combined living/dining room. A grey sofa corner, a dining table and subtle decoration in fresh yellow and orange tones. Light-coloured floors, white walls and pleasant natural light create a lovely, stylish atmosphere. If you wish, you can relax in the evening in front of the modern flat-screen TV, which is discreetly mounted on the wall. The adjoining, well-equipped kitchenette invites you to prepare dinner together and the spacious fridge offers enough space to store your groceries for the whole week. An illuminated stone staircase, separated by glass walls, leads up to the upper floor, which serves as a cosy resting place with its friendly double bedroom and en-suite bathroom.

Located in the northern part of Portocolom, this modern townhouse not only benefits from all the advantages of a small town, but also from excellent connections to other towns in the region. A large supermarket can be reached on foot in approx. 15 minutes, bars and nice restaurants are also nearby. Sa Punta de Portocolom is located directly on the Carrer de sa Punta road. This means that the traffic noise is clearly audible, but at the same time you don't want to miss out on such a central location. If you like walking, you can take the half-hour drive to the beautiful Cala Marçal beach with its light-coloured, fine sand. On the way, you can stop in the wonderful shade of the trees and enjoy the view of the island's largest natural harbour. A walk along the numerous colourful bays is also a must. The modern townhouse Sa Punta de Portocolom is located in the varied south of Mallorca, on the edge of the cosy fishing village of Portocolom. A cool drink with a view of the harbour, a delicious dinner in one of the many restaurants - the town offers many possibilities. You can spend beach days at Platja de S'Arenal, approx. 2 km away, or in the beautiful Cala Marçal bay, which is also nearby.
