The two tall palm trees that elegantly line the pool are just one of the striking features that characterise this inviting holiday home. A loose and decoratively planted area characterises the pleasant impression from the outside. Lawns and gravel areas characterise the atmosphere surrounding this villa, as do the natural stone terrace areas. The extremely long infinity pool with 14-metre lanes allows you to enjoy the special experience of gliding through the water and letting your gaze wander into the distance without restriction. The pool is tiled with pretty, bright blue mosaic stones and is easily accessible via a staircase. There are plenty of comfortable loungers for cosy sunbathing. If the UV rays get too strong, there are three parasols nearby. The covered terrace right next to the house also invites you to linger. Comfortable seating furniture in a variety of positions is atmospherically framed by natural stone, a rustic exposed-beam ceiling and opulent pillars. You can start your morning at the large dining table with a view of the impressive expanse and enjoy a hearty breakfast at the same time. In the evening, the barbecue invites you to prepare a culinary dinner.

When you enter the house, you will immediately get an impression of space and clarity. There are no superfluous, disruptive accessories to be found here. On the contrary, the flair here is mainly determined by the unusual floor design (which is partly achieved by the use of river pebbles) as well as many light colours and contrasting woods. In the large living room, you can make yourself comfortable at any time with a bench, sofa and armchair and relax with a good film, as the flat-screen TV with satellite connection is installed here. The huge kitchenette next door welcomes you into a cosy atmosphere. A beautiful, solid dining table offers all guests the opportunity to dine in style indoors. The fully equipped kitchen, partially decorated with white walls and fitted with modern appliances, contains everything you need, including a kettle, a filter and an Italian coffee machine. The high level of comfort and spaciousness promise that cooking will be a pleasure even in a larger group. Tastefully and simply furnished bedrooms invite you to spend relaxing hours. Each room has two beds measuring 1.00 x 2.00 metres. The en-suite bathrooms impress with their modern design and high-quality fittings. An iron and hairdryer are available in the house, so you don't have to bring them with you. Mosquito nets are also available.

Every Tuesday there is a weekly market in Artà, which is highly recommended. Here you will find regional culinary specialities and Mallorcan handicrafts. Not far from this beautiful holiday home are some beautiful white sandy beaches, some of which are still real insider tips. The bay of Colonia San Pere is around 15 minutes away by car. The four golf courses Capdepera Golf, Pula Golf, Son Servera Golf and Golf Canyamel are also nearby.

The tastefully furnished Villa Sa Butigueta is idyllically situated about 12 km west of the pretty village of Artà in the north-east of the island. It offers incredible panoramic views. Shopping facilities and restaurants are less than 20 minutes away by car. The pretty little harbour town of Colonia de Sant Pere is also within easy reach (9 km), where you will find countless bars and restaurants along the seafront.
