Once you've fully immersed your body in the refreshing pool on the terrace, swum a few laps and enjoyed the view of the bay from the shady trees, you may well breathe a sigh of amazement at this beautiful eagle's-eye view. Whether you want to enjoy the panoramic view of the boats heading towards the nearby marina or retreat to the wooden sun loungers for a little nap is entirely up to you. The wave-shaped wooden sun loungers are shaped to imitate the waves of the sea. Depending on the season, the covered terrace is surrounded by green climbing plants which, together with the small patch of lawn and many other plants next to the house, create a very natural ambience. This is the perfect place to start the afternoon in good company and make plans for excursions in the surrounding area. The large balcony on the upper floor is another great place to enjoy the sun and fresh air to the full.

The centrepiece inside the building is a large living and dining room. The sofa area is separated from the rest by an antique-style wooden shelf, where you can get cosy and watch TV on the large flat screen to see what's going on at home. The solid wood dining table offers enough space for all guests. It's a place where everyone can get together when it gets a little colder on the terrace at night. The kitchen is a particular highlight. Thanks to the huge fridge and freezer, you don't have to limit yourself when shopping at one of the island's farmers' markets. The kitchen island in the centre of the kitchen makes the villa ideal for communal cooking events, as many cooks can do their bit in the cooking process at the same time. If things get a little hectic in the morning and you want to have breakfast directly in the kitchen, you can do so at a second table. The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed. There is a bathroom on the same floor. There are three further bedrooms on the upper floor: one with a single bed, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and a third with two single beds and child-friendly wallpaper. A special highlight: two of the three bathrooms have a bathtub where you can end the day with a relaxing bubble bath.

As the name suggests, Villa Portals Nous Hills is located in the Portals Nous suburb of Palma and is the ideal starting point for various day trips. In the island's capital alone, there are enough sights to keep you busy for several days. After a visit to the impressive cathedral, a stroll around the harbour and an extensive shopping tour, it is quite possible that you would prefer to simply relax on the beach for the rest of the day. And you don't even need a car, as the villa is only 850 metres from the sea. If you decide to explore the Tramuntana mountains and visit the picturesque towns of Valemossa or Déjà, you will come across several impressive monuments that you will remember for a long time to come. Just 850 metres from the sea, Villa Portals Nous Hills combines all the advantages of a coastal location with good transport links, so you can quickly reach the town's marina, stroll along the varied Marina Portals promenade with its shops and restaurants and reach the island's capital Palma in no time at all, where numerous cultural and leisure activities await you. You also have the choice between several sandy beaches.
