The pretty natural stone villa is surrounded by a pretty garden with manicured lawns and Mediterranean plants, which in turn is bordered by protective shrubs; the villa with its green shutters blends perfectly into this picturesque picture. The embedded pool is located in the centre of the outdoor area; the slightly elevated entrance can be reached very easily via a semi-circular staircase. Here you can enjoy a whopping 32 m² of refreshment on hot days. Four sun loungers are available for extensive sunbathing and relaxing. A parasol is available if the sun is too strong. From the covered terrace, adults can keep an eye on the pool and the children splashing and swimming in it. At the beautiful wooden table, you can enjoy the view of the deep blue Mediterranean sky every morning. On warm summer evenings, you can prepare a delicious barbecue together and savour the delicious fresh ingredients from the region.

The terrace leads directly into the holiday home in the traditional way. It leads into the open-plan dining and living area, in the centre of which is an inviting dining area. Harmoniously arranged colours and fabrics create an inviting ambience, which is beautifully framed by the terracotta tiles and the exposed beamed ceiling. The sofa corner with its very cosy design invites you to relax with a good book, for example. You can also entertain yourself with a good film, as the TV with satellite connection is installed in this area. The easy-care kitchen, loosely separated from the rest of the room by a counter, is fully equipped with an oven, hobs, fridge, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle and much more; it has everything you need for everyday use. Both bedrooms (one of which has its own bathroom) have a clever layout and are furnished with beautiful furniture that is both unique and pleasantly simple in design. The rooms offer everything you need for a perhaps longed-for, restful night's sleep. The two modern bathrooms are not only functionally equipped, but also very tastefully designed. The rooms have irons and hairdryers, so you don't need to bring them with you. Marineta des Trenc EMF210 can be booked together with the neighbouring properties EMF209 and EMF453 for larger groups travelling together.

Ses Covetes is a very small settlement with only around 80 inhabitants, not including the seasonal residents of apartment complexes and holiday residences. The small settlement is part of the municipality of Campos. Locals say that the name of the village, the small caves, is due to the burial caves from the Mallorcan Talayotic era found nearby. The beautiful Platja ses Covetes, located between Es Trenc and Sa Rapita, is 300 metres long and 2025 metres wide on average. There is parasol and deckchair hire as well as a beach bar and a kiosk. The pretty natural stone villa Marineta des Trenc is located on a wonderfully rustic estate, the property itself surrounded by a pretty garden, around 3 km north of the coastal village of Ses Covetes. Ses Covetes is located around 4 km south-east of Sa Rapita. Here you will find several restaurants and a small supermarket. The pretty Platja ses Covetes is just over 6 kilometres away. The journey from the villa to the airport takes around 35 minutes.
