Would you like to experience a piece of Mallorcan tradition? Villa Sa Punta Ses Salines makes it possible. This holiday home is situated in a rural location, surrounded by beautiful landscapes. It is the ideal holiday, especially for families with children, as several animals live on this villa-farmhouse: Dogs, cats, chickens and pigs. The owners welcome all guests with wine, water, fruit, the local Ensaimada pastry and homemade bread and sausages. Depending on the season, vegetables such as peppers and tomatoes are also available. The villa is part of a huge estate and was built from natural stone. You can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the shade of a parasol in the courtyard. The large pool invites you to cool off and the many sun loungers all around invite you to relax. At the back of the house there is a covered terrace where you can gaze into the distance while you prepare culinary delights on the barbecue.

The interior design of the villa is also very traditional and exudes Mediterranean charm. The exposed natural stone in the living/dining room is a real eye-catcher, while the exposed wooden roof beams and the beautiful tiled floor create a cosy atmosphere. Relax in one of the many armchairs - your comfort is guaranteed. You don't have to do without comfort in the adjoining kitchen either thanks to the traditional equipment. There is an oven with ceramic hob, a combination fridge-freezer and amenities such as a microwave and coffee machine. The spacious hallway is also very rustic and typically Mallorcan in design, with the emphasis on objects such as pictures, furniture and painted tiles. Your holiday home is on one floor. There are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with a shower. The bedrooms are kept very simple without sacrificing everything you need. One of the two bathrooms is en-suite and accessible from one of the double bedrooms.

The villa is located between the town of Ses Salines and Colònia de Sant Jordi, a former fishing village. Both are only approx. 3 km away by car via an audible road next to the house. This means you can do your shopping quickly and easily, either in the nearby supermarket in Ses Salines or at one of the two weekly markets. Every Wednesday afternoon there is a market in Colònia de Sant Jordi and every Thursday local producers come to Ses Salines to sell their products such as fruit and vegetables, meat and fish, herbs and spices as well as clothing or small holiday souvenirs. The south and south-east coast of Mallorca also offers holidaymakers truly incredible beaches. About 3 kilometres from the villa is Platja de es Dolc, a bay sheltered by small rocky islets with magnificent views of the sea and the wooded dunes. The beach can be reached on foot from the car park in approx. 5 minutes. It is even easier to get to Plajta des Port beach. It is located right next to the harbour of Colonia de Sant Jordi and its palm-lined promenade. There are also a number of inviting bars, restaurants and cafés here.

The typical Villa Sa Punta Ses Salines is located in the south-east of Mallorca. The village of Ses Salines, where you can do your daily shopping, is just 3 km away. In the other direction, also around 3 km away, you will find the beautiful sandy beach Platja des Port in Colònia de Sant Jordi, a former fishing village. Here there are several excellent bars, restaurants and cafés where you can spend a few hours.
