The Mediterranean garden has several terraces and seating areas: Enjoy a hearty breakfast in the shade of the gazebo overlooking the south-western foothills of the Llevant, while you let your gaze wander over fertile fields, rolling hills and mountains , and the maquis of mastic bushes and broom shrubs...? The daily grind will soon be forgotten! Another terrace with cosy lounge furniture offers an incredible view of the spectacular sunset. It's the perfect place to curl up with a good book. With a café con leche... life couldn't be more beautiful. The covered terrace and barbecue are the ideal place to spend an entertaining evening. A barbecue area offers you additional culinary options, so you can surprise your guests with freshly grilled fish or a traditional paella. Need to cool off? The spacious design of the pool area is secluded and ensures complete privacy. There are several comfortable sun loungers. The 9 x 5 metre pool with tiered flooring and a maximum depth of 2 metres provides plenty of swimming fun for young and old. However, small children under the age of 4 should not be left unattended. Lounging by the pool is a wonderfully relaxing way to end the day: why not swim a few laps in the moonlight with the children in bed and enjoy being alone together under the starry skies of Mallorca? This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

The 180 m² interior is dominated by warm, friendly colours; the entire interior design has been carefully selected to ensure a fitting effect. The living area with its large, comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV and open fireplace ensures a cosy atmosphere and relaxing hours all year round. The limestone walls and roof beams, painted in earthy tones, create an extremely harmonious transition from outside to inside: Those with good taste will immediately feel at home. The dining area also has an open fireplace; the large wooden table offers enough space for six people. In the well-equipped kitchen with gas hob and oven, you can really let off steam: pa amb oli, arroz a la marinera, frito mallorquin... whether you cook typical local recipes or your own creations, the only limits are your imagination. The cosy, rustic style of Villa Sa Cabana Ampola continues in the three bedrooms, two of which have double beds (180 x 200 cm). Each room has its very own charm; sweet dreams are guaranteed! The two light-flooded bathrooms have large washbasins and mirrors as well as level-access showers. What more could you want?

Your holiday home is nestled in a particularly varied landscape: the Llevant. Olive and pine trees, lavender plants, rosemary ... The biodiversity is palpable here. Gentle hills and mountains, cliffs along the coast with secluded bays and fine sandy beaches: This is just one part of the island that is so diverse. As the area is well connected and close to the second largest town of Manacor, you don't have to take long car journeys to experience some of Mallorca's city life. From your villa, you can quickly reach the MA-4015, which can be heard from time to time depending on the wind direction. This will take you quickly to numerous worthwhile attractions in the immediate vicinity: the Rafa Nadal Academy and the Sport Xperience by Rafa Nadal Museum, the beautiful old town of Manacor with its many bars and restaurants, the Rontana Greens Golf Club, the romantic Cala Varques with its fine white sand or the harbour of Porto Cristo. In Manacor itself you will find numerous shopping facilities: the weekly market (Mondays), a pharmacy as well as numerous shops and boutiques You will be more than satisfied. The villa is not rented to groups of young people.

Surrounded by incredible nature, this spacious property is located not far from the pearl town of Manacor in the centre of Mallorca. From here you can easily reach the whole island; a direct connection to Palma and easy access to the sandy beaches and rocky coves along the east coast make this exclusive villa the perfect base camp for an unforgettable holiday. The region is popular with hikers and mountain bikers; the nearest shopping facilities are only a few minutes away.
