Der Schluchsee ist ein Stausee in der Gemeinde Schluchsee, direkt im Herzen des Hochschwarzwaldes. Der See ist von der Ferienwohnung aus, in nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.Der Jägersteig, der Seerundweg, der Riesenbühlturm, sowie der Aussichtspunkt Amalienruhe, bieten verschiedenste Blickwinkel auf den Schluchsee. The Schluchsee is a reservoir in the municipality of Schluchsee, right in the heart of the Upper Black Forest. The lake is just a 10-minute walk from the holiday flat.The Jägersteig, the Seerundweg, the Riesenbühlturm and the Amalienruhe vantage point offer a variety of views of the Schluchsee. Cool off in summer at the Aqua Fun outdoor pool, located directly on the lake - with a giant slide, lazy river and children's adventure playground.

Direkt an der Wohnung ist der Einstieg in das Wanderwege- und Loipennetz.Dank der Konuskarte, die bei dieser Ferienwohnung dabei ist, können Sie den Schwarzwald mit Bus und Bahn kostenlos erleben.Der Schluchsee war früher ein Gletschersee und wurde vor rund 90 Jahren aufgestaut. Damit wurde er zur höchstgelegenen Talsperre Deutschlands. Der See hat sich zum Bade- und Wassersportzentrum im südlichen Schwarzwald entwickelt. Erstklassige Sportmöglichkeiten finden Fans des Angelns, Tauchens, Stand-Up-Paddlings, Surfens und Segelns. Im Sommer genießen Ruhesuchende die langen Strände. Zu wunderschönen Wander- und Biketouren verlockt die herrliche Landschaft um den See. The Schluchsee railway station is approx. 700m away. From the flat it is only a few minutes' walk to the town centre, railway station and lido. The entrance to the hiking trails and cross-country ski trail network is right next to the flat.Thanks to the Konus Card, which is included with this holiday flat, you can experience the Black Forest by bus and train free of charge.The Schluchsee used to be a glacial lake and was dammed up around 90 years ago. This made it the highest dam in Germany. The lake has developed into a bathing and water sports centre in the southern Black Forest. Fans of fishing, diving, stand-up paddling, surfing and sailing will find first-class sporting opportunities. In summer, those seeking peace and quiet can enjoy the long beaches. The marvellous landscape around the lake entices visitors to go on wonderful hiking and biking tours. The Schluchsee is also connected to the Schluchtensteig trail.
