The rustic villa looks like a small fortress with a long driveway, ramparts and several buildings, including the separate guest house, the covered barbecue terrace with a small fridge and an outdoor bathroom with shower and WC. The ground floor is more practical with a small entrance hall, the living/dining area with an open-plan, rustic kitchen and a purist TV room. And Can Menut en Miniature offers two guests with a need for privacy a room near the pool with a double bed, shower room, kitchenette and a cosy siesta corner on the top floor. Anyone who lives in such style naturally needs an environment with esprit and... and celebrity factor. An old estate from the 16th century called Casa el Conco gave the small, rather sleepy Ca's Concos des Cavallers its name and has been attracting an original cultural and art scene as well as wealthy Germans living in the hilly region around Santanyí, Es Carritxó and S'Alqueria Blanca for many years. The original and special openness of the people here is much appreciated and you can meet up in the trendy Viena bistro or in the authentic La Tasca.
