Adorable Istrian holiday house on 3 floors, wooden beams that give a particularly warm ambience, and with the help of a fireplace in the living room it gives a special atmosphere, while through the windows there is a magical view of the forests and fields of the Istrian landowners, and on the porch there is a well that is in function.
The house is fully equipped for a stay, from appliances to the smallest things in the kitchen, upstairs there is also a fully equipped table for changing children and a section with toys and board games.
It is the first house next to the Histria Aromatica Park where you can find planty of different herbes, they have also a restaurant and different activities every day, it's a hill which offers a beautiful view of the islands in front of Rovinj.
In the same place, 600 m from the house there is the San Tommaso Winery where you can enjoy in wonderful wines of different taste.
In the basement of the house is growing an amazing wellness spot which includes a sauna, a jacuzzi and a sport spot and a spot where you can relax.
There are a lot of bike paths nearby, more than tens of km of forests and paths for cycling and walking.
The first nearest town is Bale, which has restaurants for gourmets, and the first beach is 6 km away.
