Wohnzimmer mit Sofa-Kuschelecke und Flat TV, moderne Küche, stilvolles Schlafzimmer, neues Badezimmer mit Dusche und Süd-Balkon mit Bergblick.Die mit über 100 qm größte Wohnung Maria Loretto wurde nach der St. Maria Loretto Kapelle, der größten der drei Lorettokapellen in Oberstdorf benannt.Loreto ist nach Rom der zweitwichtigste katholische Wallfahrtsort in Italien. Der Legende nach befindet sich in der Basilika vom Heiligen Haus die Santa Casa (Heiliges Haus von Nazaret), in der Maria aufwuchs.Daher kommt es zu der namentlichen Verbindung Maria Loretto und auch optisch gibt es zahlreiche Loreto-Kapellen, die baulich dem heiligen Haus nachempfunden sind.
