Our holiday apartments are located in Kaltenbach in the beautiful Zillertal and offer you the ideal starting point to explore the area, regardless of the season.
The Hochzillertal ski area is only a 10-minute walk (800m) from the property. In summer and winter you can explore the area on foot on one of the numerous hiking trails or ride along the Zillertal cycle path, which leads past the house. An outdoor swimming pool is 1.5 km away and can be reached in 15 minutes on foot or in 3 minutes by car. You will also find swimming lakes in the vicinity. In bad weather, we recommend a visit to the Zillertal adventure spa in Fügen, which is 5km away and can be reached in 6 minutes by car.
Thanks to the central location of our house near the town center, two money banks, the post office, a hairdresser and some restaurants and cafes can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The in-house pizzeria, located on the ground floor, is also open in winter. The train station is also only 250m away and can be reached on foot in 4 minutes. The next supermarket is a 7-minute walk (550m) away.
Parking spaces are available on the property.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed.
