Sunny and quietly situated house in district Kapfing, marvellous panoramic view and ideal starting point for numerous nice hiking tours and trips at any season. Adventure outdoor swimming bath close-by (5 min. on foot), hotel indoor swimming pool too, a riding stable (3 min.) as well as restaurants and for night owls the disco "Badwandl" (10 min.). In winter the skiing areas Spieljoch, Hochfügen and Hochzillertal (Kaltenbach) are reachable in a few minutes by car or skibus, stage at close quarters (50 respect. 150 metres).

Our apartment offers plenty of space for families or small groups of friends up to 7 people; 2 separate bedrooms (DZ and DRB), 1 living room with sofa bed for 2 and kitchen-living room with comfortable seating area. Wooden floors and allergy-friendly beds and pillows ensure a good sleeping atmosphere. 2 TV sets! On 2 balconies you can chill and enjoy the view. A freely accessible shower with 2 sinks and a separate toilet are available for personal hygiene.
