Our comfortably furnished pension in Kaltenbach is characterised by the quiet location and the view across the Zillertaler mountains. The centre of Kaltenbach can be reached on foot within 5 minutes only.

We welcome you and your family and offer free parking directly in front of the house.
All our country house style rooms come with a south-facing balcony and offer a shower or a shower/WC bath and satellite TV. Enjoy a rich breakfast in our cosy lounge. In the evenings this area, equipped with TV, is available for your entertainment. A dry room with ski boot dryer is located at the ground floor.

The 75m2 apartment (for up to 5 people) is about 800m from our bed & breakfast and the Hochzillertal valley station is only 3 minutes by car. The roomy apartment comes with a fully equipped apartment kitchen, bed couch and a double as well as a three-bed room, with balcony respectively. The bathroom offers a shower, bath tub and WC. We also offer guests of our holiday apartment a fresh roll service. A ski room with ski boot dryer is available as well.

In winter the ideal situation near the Hochzillertal - Hochfügen skiing resort offers skiing pleasures at its best. The valley station is only 250m away. There you find skiing schools, ski rentals and sports shops. In addition to that Kaltenbach offers top après-ski possibilities right at the heart of the Zillertal.
Erste Ferienregion Zillertal offers wonderful hiking and bike trails that you can directly access from our house. Our generous sun terrace offers barbeque and relaxation areas. The new adventure park with high rope garden for young and old, is only 5-10 minutes from our house on foot.
