Our Madlen guesthouse warmly welcomes you in a quiet and sunny location in the idyllic village of Ried in the Zillertal! Feel at home in our apartment for 2-5 people in your vacation and enjoy the winter and summer holiday paradise of the Zillertal. The centre of Ried with delicious restaurants, shops and a supermarket is just 3 minutes away. The valley station of the popular Hochzillertal skiing resort in Kaltenbach can be reached after 3 minutes by car, or you can take the free ski bus that stops just a 1-minute walk from our Madlen guesthouse. Enjoy the Zillertal hiking and biking trail that directly runs past the apartment. The great forest adventure playground awaits you and your family after a 10-minute walk. In summer many events are held there that will surely delight your children. Relax yourself in the warm waters of Erlebnistherme Fügen! The 60m2 apartment, offering stunning views of the impressive Zillertal Mountains, is located on the ground floor of our house and is comfortably equipped with wooden furniture in traditional Tyrolean style ad furnished with great attention to detail. There are two cosy double rooms with modern furniture and floorboards that provide a particularly homely atmosphere. One of the double rooms even comes with a fireplace with comfortable seating which we will fire up for you on request. Here you can spend particularly sociable evenings with your family. The eat-in kitchen with sitting area is fully equipped and the bathroom has a bathtub, a double washbasin and a toilet. Thanks to our Sandwich service, you start an active day outdoors with lots of energy. Wi-Fi is, of course, available in the apartment free of charge. Our Madlen guesthouse offers ample parking and a large garden with lawn where your children can unwind. For a Mountain View barbecue, you can use our grill and pamper your family and friends with home-cooked delicacies. The large garden offers plenty of space for children. There is also an extra smokers’ room with seating for cosy get-togethers. Ski equipment can keep up to dry in our ski storage. In summer, enjoy the 18-hole golf course in Uderns on a round of golf with views of the mountains of the Zillertal. Untouched powder snow and perfectly groomed pistes across all skill levels can be found in the skiing resorts of Hochzillertal - Hochfügen and Spieljoch.
