Small panoramic villa set on a promontory over the sea in the old fishing village of Aspra, south of Palermo. The villa is ideal for lovers of nature and sea. From the house direct access through stairs carved into the rock to a small, private cove. Equipped terrace with barbecue, outdoor shower and big garden with Mediterranean plants. Covered parking under the terrace. The house has a double bedroom, a living rooom, masonry kitchen with oven, washing machine and dishwasher. Access to the villa through an electric gate along the state road. In the village of Aspra there are supermarkets, bars, pubs, restaurants, pharmacy, all kind of shops. Every morning there is a fish market in the main square. Pebbled and sandy beach at 2,5 km. There is no public transport to the villa: it is mandatory to have a car. Ideal position to visit Bagheria with its baroque villas (5 km- train station), the beautiful city of Palermo (20 km), Cefalù with crystal clear water (60 km), Selinunte with its archeological ruins (115 km), San Vito Lo Capo with its long sandy beaches (120 km). From the private cove it is possible to easily reach swimming a beautiful and huge sea cave with crystalline and blue water, famous attraction of the coast of Palermo.

    “Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in dem Haus gehabt. Von den Möwen umgeben genossen wir den phantastischen Blick auf das Meer. Der Zugang zum Wasser von Haus aus ist besonders bei Wind nicht zu empfehlen. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist in Ordnung. Damit es nicht feucht wird, muss stets gut gelüftet werden.”
