Your holiday home is located in the middle of the forest in the Serra de Tramuntana, and the drive here alone, along the winding roads, breathing in the mountain air, will make you forget everyday life in no time. You park comfortably in the car park, which is slightly lower than the house, and a small stone staircase leads you up to your holiday home. Enjoy moments of peace and relaxation in the extensive gardens: relax on one of the sun loungers right by the pool, in the fantastic chill-out lounge, in the shade of the covered terrace in front of the house or wind down on one of the chic chill-out beds. There are spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding mountains everywhere, stretching into the distant plains. Right by the pool and deeper than the house, surrounded by greenery, you will also find two barbecue areas with dining tables and seating. And for those who like to bake their own bread, there is even an outdoor bread oven. The conservatory, into which one of the terraces can be converted, is inviting on cooler days.

Be enchanted by the charming interior of your lovingly furnished and decorated villa. Bright, warm colours and lots of windows create a friendly and inviting impression. The living room is furnished with a glass dining table for six to eight people, a cosy cast iron fireplace, a sofa, armchairs and a rustic wooden coffee table. A patio door leads directly onto the large veranda with a distant view, where a beautiful mosaic table and four chairs in the same style invite you to enjoy breakfast or lunch. The bright kitchen in typical Mallorcan style also has direct access to the veranda via a glass door. In addition to the living room and the kitchen, two of the three bedrooms and the larger bathroom with shower are also located on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms and a further bathroom with shower are located on the upper floor of the house. Each room enchants with its very own character: vibrant colours in green, yellow or elegant red-brown, combined with white and wood, radiate joie de vivre and joie de vivre. One of the rooms even has its own fireplace. The highlight of this place is certainly the roof terrace, from which you can overlook your paradisiacal garden in all its abundance, the pool, the terraces and of course the whole expanse of the Mallorcan landscape.
