This splendid villa offers a panoramic view of the lake Vättern and the city of Huskvarna. This spacious and classy house is tastefully decorated and maintains high standards. You can relax on the two terraces facing the southwest direction and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. The house has an interesting floor plan. It has 2 bathrooms, one of which has a hot tub. Beautiful hiking trails pass by the lake and through the woods. The exhibition centre Elmia, where interesting exhibitions are held, is located quite close to the house. You can also visit Gränna-Visingsö located approximately 40 km away or High Chaparral located 60 km away. Slopes with artificial snow and a slalom slope with lift are located 900 metres away from the house.

    “Das Einfamiliehaus liegt an einer befahrenen Straße am Randgebiet von Jönköping. Es erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen, da es an einem Hang gebaut ist. Es wird (soweit wir uns mit dem "Hausverwalter" verständigen konnten) von den Eigentümer über die Wintermonate genutzt - deshalb findet man in allen Räumen Sachen der Eigentümer - seien es private Fotos, Lebensmittel, Bekleidung! Leider standen deshalb nur teilweise Schränke für uns (2 Familie = 7 Personen) zur Verfügung! 3 der 4 Schlafräume befinden sich im EG und sehr eng, 1 Schlafmöglichkeit befindet sich im Arbeitszimmer neben der Garage.
    Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, allerdings sind die vorh. Möbel schon etwas älter, als man von den Bildern erwartet.
    Die Sauberkeit im Haus und beim Geschirr ließ zu wünschen übrig, dies sagten wir dem "Hausverwalter" auch bei der Abreise. Zumal wir bei der Anreise gleich eine Kaution von 1200 SKr (statt 1000 SKr lt.
