The property is located in a residential area, in a holiday home area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods. For common use are available: sunbathing area, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and fire place.

The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Direct view of the highest mountain Sněžka. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking in the summer at the house, in winter on the central car park (300 meters) for a fee.
