The holiday home, built in 1997 is a semi-detached house and modern furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. This property is a family-friendly accomodation. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, climbing frame, garden shower, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and court. Swing, bowling. After consultation with the landlord, there is the opportunity to experience a rally test test drive with 15% discount. Baby cots and high chairs are available on request.

Siofok, 150 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 1800 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. In the other semi-detached house are the apartments BAL SIO 401 (6 people) and Balsio 656 (6 people). The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.

air conditioner, central heating (wood / coal), electric heating. Fireplace (we provide wood for an extra charge during the heating period) Facilities: children's toys, internet access (WLAN), iron, washing machine and dryer. TV reception takes place via electric wire.
