This beautiful country house is situated on a 14000 m² plot with orange and lemon trees. The house has 230 sqm living area, which extends over 2 floors. The spacious, bright living room has a fireplace and there is satellite TV. The large kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. The house has a total of 4 double bedrooms, 3 with French beds and 1 with 2 single beds. All rooms share two bathrooms with shower (one also with bath). The house is surrounded by a garden, where is situated the huge private swimming pool 13m x 4,5 m and a depth of 0.90 m to 1.80 m with outdoor shower. Sun loungers and umbrella invite you to a relaxed sunbath. The nearest sandy beach is Porto Cristo, just 5 minutes away by car. The long sandy beaches of Sa Coma and Cala Millor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car.

    “Es war sehr schön, doch nicht dem Preis angemessen Negativ: Im inneren des Hauses würde ich sagen besteht nachhol bedarf , Kühlschrank gehört abgetaut die Kaffeemaschine und den Wasser Kocher habe ich entkalkt , es ist nicht unbedingt alles auf einem von dem Preis angepassten Niveau.”

    “Die Ausstattung und Lage war sehr schön - schnell zu erreichende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände. Ein großer Pool mit Salzwasser der leider zu stark gechlort war. Mir fehlten auf dem überschaubaren Hausgrundstück die typischen Rosmarinbüsche und Citrusbäume. Dagegen hatte man eine super Weitsicht und eine entspannte ruhige Lage.”

    “Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut. Besonders hervorzuheben auch der sehr große Swimming-Pool.
    Ein kleines Minus ergibt sich durch die Landstraße. Obwohl das Haus nicht direkt an der Landstraße liegt, ist je nach Windrichtung mit Verkehrsgeräuschen zu rechnen.”
