Four holiday apartments in a new apartment house (built in 2008) with a communal swimming pool and a sunny terrace with traditional stone grill

This detached holiday house with four fully self-contained holiday apartments is located in the town of Kastel Novi. It is close to the motorway and therefore offers a great location for exploring the buzzing tourist centers of Trogir (only 5 km away) and Split (only 19 km away).

Everything Kastel Novi has to offer is within walking distance from the holiday apartments: restaurants, cafes, bars, the sea promenade and the beach. The nearest beach is approximately 400 m away, a walk of only about 5 minutes.

All four apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi and air-conditioning, all included in the price.

Guests have use of the communal swimming pool and sunny terrace. The pool can be illuminated at night and an outdoor shower offers additional comfort. The terrace features a large traditional stone grill for nice barbecue evenings. A parking spot is avaiable right in front of the house (free of charge).

Kastel Novi is one of the seven Dalmatian settlements that together comprise the town of Kastela. There are seven Kastelas and all of them run along the coast (bay of Kastela).

Each of these settlements was built around a castle. During the summer season, Kastel Novi gets lively and busy with lots of folk festivities and concerts.

You can go on organized group or private car excursions to the nearby old towns of Trogir and Split, and the archaeological site of the ancient Salona. Nature lovers can head to the National Parks Krka and Plitvice. For a trip to the National Park Kornati there are private or group boat excursions on a daily basis.

Spacious, 120 m² holiday apartment on the second floor, with two private balconies and use of the communal swimming pool

The 120m², air-conditioned, four-room apartment (three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, hallway, three bathrooms/WC) is on the second floor and is suitable for six (maximum eight) people. It is equipped with a TV and free wireless Internet access for entertainment.This apartment also has two private balconies that provide you not only with a beautiful panoramic view over the Croatian landscape, but also a view of the sea of the Croatian Adriatic.Please be aware that the apartments are close to the airport and that there may be some aircraft noise.

    “Vorteile: Moderne, klimatisierte, sauber und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit großem Pool und Grill im Garten. Zum Strand wenige Gehminuten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten mit dem Vermieter (siehe Nachteile) Wein, Obst und Gemüse aus dem Garten des Vermieters.

    Nachteile: Die Lage des Objekt ist unzureichend in Sachen Flughafen beschrieben. Das Haus mit der FeWo befindet sich direkt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafen Split mit ca. 150 bis 200 Flugbewegungen täglich. Die Anwesenheit des Eigentümers haben wir als störend empfunden. Zudem erfolgt eine ständige Überwachung und Reglementierung (Verhalten im Pool, im Garten und in der Wohnung).

    Leider überwiegen bei diesem Objekt die Nachteile.     “Es ist einfach nur zum empfehlen, die Ferienwohnung war sehr groß, wunderschöne Terrasse, naja und der Blick zum Pool von oben war einfach genial, vor allem in der Nacht wenn er so schön beleuchtet war. Es war alles vorhanden, somit kann man selber auch zuhause kochen, wenn man nicht immer essen gehen mag.

    Die Betten waren sehr groß und auch die Couch und der Fernsehn im Wohnzimmer war zum Erholen sehr schön.”

    “Meget dejligt roligt område. Meget rent og velholdt. 10 min med bussen til Trogir. Skøn by. Dejlig pool som vi havde for os selv. Dejlige moderne liggestole med læseskærm. Tæt på købmand. Værtspar bor i stuen og var en smule pernittengryn. Men skønne ældre mennesker. Vi fik friske tomater, agurker, blommer osv der dyrkes på grunden. Udlejer tilbyder at hente i lufthavnen ved ankomst og kørte os også tilbage på hjemrejsedagen. Vi skulle egentlig være ude kl 10 men fik lov at blive da der først kom ny gæster dagen efter. På trods af flyvemaskiner over hovedet generede det os ikke.”
