Beautiful, attractively furnished vacation home in hilly location near the small village of S. Giovanni a Piro. The location of the vacation home in the countryside amidst pastures is wonderful, as from the house you can enjoy a fantastic view of both the sea and the surrounding woods and meadows. The beautiful pool invites you for a relaxing swim after a day at one of the beaches in the vicinity, and in the spacious outdoor areas with panoramic views you can end your day in peace. The two floors of the house are connected only by an external staircase. Nearby cow pastures. The cottage is located in the charming area of Cilento, in the Campania region, in the south of Italy, between Paestum in the north, Sapri (13 km away) in the south and the Diano Valley in the east, with about 100 km of coastline, mountains and 200 small villages, most of them medieval.In 1991, significant parts of the area were declared a National Park (Cilento National Park and Vallo di Diano) and in 1998 UNESCO World Heritage of Humanity.

    “Location excellent. Accommodation was clean and tidy but did look tired and needing updating.

    Upstairs kitchen needs to be equipped as had nothing in it such as crockery etc. even though cooker and fridge/freezer both worked. Made it difficult at times.

    Mosquito nets on windows all need replacing/repairing.

    Electrical sockets need repairing where appropriate.

    Super der Pool!
    Sauberkeit passt.

    Das Haus steht direkt an einer Straße, die auch nachts ganz gut befahren wird.”

    “Das Haus würden wir weiter empfehlen. Es war sauber geputzt, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher auf allen Zimmern. In der Küche gab es genügend Geschirr, Spül- und Waschmaschine waren Top. Der Garten mit der Poolanlage war herrlich. Unter der Pergola ließ es sich gut frühstücken, im Schatten entspannen und abends lange draußen sitzen. Die genauen Koordinaten sind allerdings folgende: 40,070518 und 15,47335. Das ist sehr wichtig, da das Haus sonst schwer zu finden ist. Es ist abgelegen, dafür aber sehr ruhig.”
