Charming vacation home with sea view in the small hamlet of Montignoso, in the green park of the Apuan Alps. The apartment is on two floors: first floor with kitchen, dining room with fireplace and bathroom; second floor with two bedrooms. Private equipped garden (partially terraced) for outdoor dining and children's playground. Plot with olive trees below the garden. The beaches of Marina di Massa (8 km), the fashionable seaside resort of Forte die Marmi (8 km), Lido di Camaiore (14 km) and Viareggio (24 km) are easily accessible. 9 km Pietrasanta - the so-called "little Athens", 12 km Carrara with its rich marble deposits. The surrounding area offers numerous hiking trails. From the coast, a 20 km bike path that connects the villages of Versilia. For nature lovers: the deep caves and great gorges of Antro del Corchia (25 km) in the Apuan Alps Regional Park, the largest karst system in Italy with over 70 km of underground tunnels and lakes; 83 km of the Grotta del Vento stalactite cave. 35 km the Massaciuccoli Lake with the remains of Roman baths. 15 km Colonnata, famous among other things for its fat bacon matured in marble basins. For art lovers: 40 km the beautiful city of Lucca surrounded by its medieval walls, 42 km Pisa with its famous Leaning Tower, 116 km Florence, the city of art par excellence, the cradle of the Renaissance. In summer ferries leave from Viareggio to the Cinque Terre area. The last 200 m to the house are not asphalted.
