Guesthouse with several apartments, in a quiet location and with a view of the lake

The Seeblick guesthouse is quietly situated on a side street with little traffic in Simmerath-Woffelsbach in the Eifel National Park by the lake, Rursee.

The apartments are light and well-furnished and tastefully decorated. They provide satellite TV, wireless Internet access, heating, a furnished balcony and a fabulous view of the lake.

The towns of Cologne, Aachen, Bonn are within 40-60 minutes by car. The unique high moor area of Hohes Venn and the famous little Eifel town of Monschau are about 20 minutes away.

Apartment Sylt

The self-contained 45m² apartment has a hallway, bedroom with a double bed, a shower and a toilet. The fully-equipped kitchen is equipped with a two-ring hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, toaster etc. There is no oven. The living room provides a sofa bed and a big dining table. The balcony accessed from the living room is roofed, furnished and has an awning. It can be heated with a little infrared heater during the colder months.

Owing to the situation on a slope, which opens up a picturesque view, there are only few parking spaces by the house. There is a public car park within sight, which is free for guests. You can load and unload the car by the house.

There is a local bakery. There are supermarkets in Simmerath 10km away and restaurants, cafés in the immediate vicinity.

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist klein, aber sauber und gemütlich. Sehr schön ist die Aussicht aus dem großen Panoramafenster in der Essecke.
    Die Parkplatzsituation vor Ort ist allerdings nicht ganz einfach.”

    “Zeer prettig appartement met heerlijk uitzicht over het dorp en het meer. De eigenaar is welwillend en relaxed. Er waren een paar kleine technische mankementjes (aan de versterker en een paar lampjes) maar verder was het prima in orde. Ook in de winter lekker warm.”
