The holiday house is in the little locality of Trieb and was newly renovated in 2009. It can accommodate 2-4 people. A bottle of wine awaits bookings for a week.
The living space measures around 50m². The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances (microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, ceramic hob with an oven, kettle). The living room provides a fireplace stove, satellite TV, a CD-radio player and a pull-out sofa bed for a third or fourth person. As an alternative to the fireplace stove there are also electric radiators. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a cupboard wall. The bathroom has a shower, a WC and a washbasin and is heated constantly with under-floor heating. Bed linen, hand and shower towels are provided.
The holiday house on a 1000m² site has a 40m² outdoor terrace with a grill and a roofed fireplace corner, as well as garden furniture with cushions, a garden lounger and parasol. A car parking space is provided. The site is completely fenced, so that pets can run around. There is plenty of space for children to play.
There is a bakery nearby with a small range of groceries. A bread rolls delivery services and organic eggs are available. It is 200 metres to a restaurant and 900 metres to a supermarket.
