2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (groundfloor: 1 double bed and double decker; basement: 2 double beds and 1 single bed), fully-equipped kitchen, dining room with patio outside. Maximum 9 people.
In the centre of a little village on the Mediterranean, it is only 400 m to reach the sea, 200 m to the supermarket, 600 m to the port, 7 km to the train station (Ascea), 160 km to the airport (Naples). There are lots of naturalistic places (as Palinuro´s arco naturale or Punta licosa) all reachable by car.
4 bicycles are included in the price.

    “Mit diesem Ferienhaus wurden wir sehr positiv überrascht. Es ist sehr schön, sauber und mit allem Zubehör, was man im Urlaub so benötigt, ausgestattet. Durch die überdachte Terrasse und die angepflanzten Weintrauben hat man sehr viel Schatten was bei dem heißen Wetter sehr wohltuend ist. Vorteilhaft war die Dusche, die sich draußen befand und auch mit warmem Wasser ausgestattet war. Alle Geräte (Waschmaschine, Ofen, Gasherd, kleines Öfchen, Kühlschrank und Gasgrill draußen) waren voll funktionsfähig. Ein paar mehr Schüsseln und Tassen hätten nicht geschadet. Aber es war okay. Bei der Müllentsorgung hat es eine Weile gedauert bis wir durchblickten, weil das System ganz anders ist als in Deutschland. Das Haus liegt ca. 7 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt.

    Die einzigen Nachteile für uns waren: Wir waren mit 8 Personen im Haus und es gibt nur 2 Zimmer. Das hat die Einteilung etwas erschwert und weil das Haus ein Reihenhaus ist, kann es schon mal passieren, dass man die Nachbarn sehr laut hört. Deshalb 1 Punkt Abzug.

    Wir würden das Haus jeder Zeit wieder mieten und können es auf jeden Fall empfehlen.”
