Spacious Apartment in Medulin with Green Garden

This spacious apartment is on a quiet side street near the supermarket, the butcher and a wine and liquor shop, as well as the town centre.

The apartment has wireless Internet access and satellite TV.

The apartment of 90m² has three rooms (two bedrooms) and can accommodate up to five people. It is on the ground floor and has air conditioning. In the living room there are a sofa bed for one or two people, a TV and access to the terrace. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. The apartment has a very well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, electric stove, fridge (with freezer compartment), dishwasher and coffee machine. The kitchen also provides access to the terrace. The dining room is very spacious and separate from the kitchen. There is also a bathroom with a washbasin, shower, WC, bidet, window and washing machine.

In the garden there is a large stone fireplace with a stone table and garden furniture. The terrace includes a table and chairs, overlooking the green garden with trees, flowers and bushes. The accommodation is very conveniently located and ideal for a quiet family holiday.

    “We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in het mooie Istrië. In het appartement ontbrak het aan niets, de eigenaar is bijzonder vriendelijk en de omgeving voorzag in alle behoeften. Positiv: Het is een zeer ruime en rustige accomodatie. Aan het einde van een doodlopende straat (waar je nagenoeg niets hoort van de omgeving) ligt dit zeer compleet ingerichte appartement. Met een airco, twee buitenterrassen en een tuin tot je beschikking is het echt af. Negativ: Vanaf het appartement is het 20 minuten lopen naar de boulevard en het haventje. Wij vonden dit geen enkel probleem, maar het is wel goed om te weten.”

    “Positiv: Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr schön und hat einen Stellplatz für den PKW. Man hat alles was man braucht und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Urlaub war klasse.”

    “Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Garten.
    Die Wohnung liegt in einer Sackgasse, somit ist es zu jeder Tageszeit ruhig.
    Der Garten ist schön und schattig, was insbesondere mit Kindern toll ist, da diese hier ruhig spielen können.
    Im Garten steht auch ein großer Grill und ein Tisch für gemütliche Abende.
    Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es was alles für einen tollen Urlaub vorhanden.
    Es gibt einen Kühlschrank mit Kühltruhe, eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Herd mit Backofen, Klimaanlage, Fernseher und gratis WLAN. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und erster Ansprechpartner bei allen Fragen.
    Zum Sandstrand Bijeca sind es zu Fuß ca. 25-30 Minuten, teilweise verläuft der Weg am Meer entlang, somit kann man den Spaziergang zum Strand schön genießen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Plodine) sind zu Fuß ca. 5 MInuten entfernt. 2 Häuser weiter ist eine tolle Metzgerei.”
