House in Großwürden with Private Garden

This privately run house with a covered terrace and private garden with a car parking space is in a holiday park near the North Sea, on the coast opposite Wilhelmshaven.

The terrace is furnished with a bench, two chairs and a dining table, so you can enjoy meals outdoors in any weather. You can also use the grill. Lawns invite you to play or sunbathe. Pets are allowed for a fee. Owing to the location in a holiday park, you can benefit from a range of facilities, such as a tennis court, bicycle hire, a volleyball court, a 45-hectare lake with a beach, or the cosy restaurant with a beer garden. There is also a parking space on site. You can do shopping 2km way. The sea awaits you 300 metres away. The ferry harbour and the beach are a kilometre away. Popular trip destinations in the area include the leisure pool in Tossens (8km). Children will enjoy the playing barn in Burhave (14km). Nature lovers can visit the North Sea lagoon in Burhave or go on boat trips to the seal embankments. There are cultural events especially in Bremerhaven (50km), where it is worth visiting the Auswanderermuseum.

The cosy house has modern and comfortable furnishing and is ideally suited to a relaxing holiday in any season. The living space of 62m² comprises two bedrooms with a double bed and four single beds, a separate kitchen with a dining table, a bathroom and a cosy living room. There is access from outside to a separate storage room. The parents’ bedroom has a generous double bed with two single mattresses, with bedside tables and reading lamps on either side. The big wardrobe provides ample space for your luggage. The other bedroom is especially suitable for children, with a bunk bed and two single beds, separated by a bedside table. A ladder leads to the upper floor with two mattresses to sleep on. The shower room provides a shower cubicle, a window, a WC, a washbasin, a hairdryer and a radio. The fully-equipped kitchen enables convenient self-catering with all the necessary appliances such as a dishwasher, stove with a four-ring hob, microwave, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment. The adjoining dining table with a chair and a bench provides space for dining together. The living room has a cosy suite consisting of a three-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa and an armchair with a footrest. You can sit comfortably here after a day trip and end the evening with a glass of fine wine, for which you can find suitable glasses in the display cabinet. The large flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a USB port provides entertainment, so you can also enjoy your own film evening using an external data carrier. An external door integrated into the high window front in the living room leads out onto the roofed terrace.

    “Gemütlich eingerichtes Ferienhaus wo man sich gleich wohlfühlt. Man merkt dass sich die Vermieter Mühe. Küche ist mit neuem Herd und Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Auch sonst fehlt es an nichts. Garten ist eingezäunt. Wir könnten uns mit unserem Hund dort aufhalten. Das Haus ist in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Deich. Auch für Ausflüge liegt es sehr Zentral. Gerne kommen wir wieder.”

    “Locker sitzende Waschtisch-Armatur im Bad, locker sitzender WC-Sitz, Dusch-Armatur nicht mehr vernünftig an der Stange zu positionieren, zwar liebevoll gemeint aber die Wohnung war nach unserem Ermessen zu sehr „dekoriert“, wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten für Koffer, Getränkekästen etc., erste Fugen im Nassbereich beginnen Schwarz zu werden, draußen waren die Anlage, Rasen, Sträucher und auch durch Unkraut zwischen den Pflastersteinen nicht sehr gepflegt. Alles halt Zeichen wenn Eigentümer nicht persönlich vor Ort präsent sind.”

    “Sehr geehrter Feriengast,

    wir haben die von Ihnen angegebenen Mängel überprüft und da wo notwendig beseitigt. Die Waschtischarmatur und das Waschbecken wurden im April 2022 komplett erneuert und somit kann es vorkommen, dass sich die Armatur nach einer gewissen Zeit lockert. Dies wurde behoben. Die Fugen im Nassbereich werden mit der Zeit (häufige Nässe) leider dunkler. Auch nach Reinigung mit einem Dampfgerät sehen diese nicht mehr wie neu aus. Bezüglich Ablage von Getränkekisten, sind wir der Meinung das diese auch auf der überdachten Terrasse abgestellt werden können. Da ist genügend Platz und werden gekühlt. Für die Koffer besteht die Möglichkeit diese auf den jeweiligen Kleiderschränken zu platzieren.
    Die Pflastersteine werden im November 2023 neu verlegt. Leider war uns das nicht früher möglich, da wir keinen Handwerker gefunden haben (Corona, Handwerkermangel, etc.). Auch danach wird es sicherlich mal dazu kommen, dass zwischen den Steinen Unkraut wächst. Würde man Unkrautvernichtungsmittel spritzen, wäre damit das Problem evtl. gelöst, jedoch möchten wir darauf verzichten.”
