    “Villa Nadia beinhaltet jeglichen Komfort, den man sich wuenschen kann. Hochwertige Innenausstattung, grosser Pool, ideale Sommerkueche, Garagenplatz, Biogemuesegarten, Meeressicht. Das Hauptschlafzimmer und das Kinderzimmer sind nicht abgetrennte Zimmer. Das Italienische Inhaberpaar ist in allen Belangen immer ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Zum Meer (Kieselsteinstrand) sind es 1 Minute zu Fuss. Nach San Remo 20' Fahrminuten, nach Impera 10'. Vor dem Haus fuehrt eine befahrene Kuestenstrasse vorbei. Separat verlaeuft ein ca. 40 Km langer Kuestenfahrrad-/Fussgaengerweg. Keine 10 Fussminuten entfernt liegt die Aregai Marina mit eigenem Sandstrand und Infrastruktur (Hotel, Restaurants, Tabacco, Tauchschule, Bootsmiete, etc). Nach Santo Stefano Al Mare sind es 15' zu Fuss. Grosse Shoppingmall liegt 15' Autominuten entfernt. Die Unterwasserwelt direkt vor der Hausture ist sehr Fischreich und wunderschoene Faecherkorallen koennen bei einem Tauchgang bestaunt werden.”
