    “Das Haus liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstrasse im Siedlungsgebiet. Durch div. Einbahnstrassenregelungen fährt der gesamte im hinteren Bereich liegende Ort hier vorbei. Das Haus ist sauber und ordentlich, jedoch Renovierungsbedarf in den Bädern unübersehbar. Der Gartenanteil beinhaltet sehr dichten Pflanzenbewuchs und ist abfallend. Zudem liegt der Garten fast den ganzen Tag im Schatten. Aufgrund zur Entfernung (200 m) zur Flanierzone, insbesondere zum Casino, ist die alltägliche abendliche Lärmsituation teilweise nicht für ruhesuchende zu empfehlen.
