The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, built in 1930 and is rustic, functional and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, sun lounger, grill possibility, garden furniture and hollywood swing. Baby cot, toys and bicycles must be ordered at the time of booking.

Deutscheinsiedel, 750 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 1900 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The dog is allowed, but only with his own dog bed (please bring along). The dog must not crawl on a bed, seat or chair. Gestures that bring the dog will not leave him alone in the apartment without supervision. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted, length 2 m). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property and a parking lot in the village (distance 50 m). Parking is subject to availability!
