Welcoming, independent stone house with private pool situated a short distance away from the charming town of Pitigliano. This property comprises 2 units rentable only together as a private villa. Outside, guests can enjoy use of a large, well-groomed garden with a nice pool for the sole use of guests.
The property owners live nearby and run a farming estate. A second private villa with pool (of the same owner) is approx. 50 m away and it is available for rent under the name “Funghi 2”.
The nearby town of Pitigliano dating back to the Etruscan time and still preserving its ancient charm, is one of the most beautiful places of interest of the area. The small towns of Sovana and Sorano worth a visit too.

    Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön und zur Mitnahme von Hunden bestens geeignet.
    Das Haus selbst lässt jedoch einen gewissen Komfort vermissen. So besteht keine Möglichkeit im Freien zu essen, entsprechende Möbel stehen nicht zur Verfügung. Wünschenswert wären Insektengitter an allen Fenster und Türen. Insgesamt wurden im Haus reichlich Tausendfüßler, Motten und Stechmücken während des gesamten Aufenthalts angetroffen.
    Gleichermaßen ist die Küche spartanisch ausgestattet. Bei einer Belegung mit nur 5 Personen reichen Töpfe und Pfannen lediglich aus, einfachst gelagerte Gerichte zuzubereiten.
