Apartments in a country house with a wonderful view of the lake, surrounded by abundant greenery, with a shared pool and breakfast service


The guesthouse is in a landscaped park, in an absolutely quiet hilly location (300 metres above sea level), on the south-west shore of Lago di Garda. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view as far as the lake and the Sirmione peninsula.

There are two three-room apartments and three two-room apartments, which were all renovated and newly furnished in 2012. Smoking is prohibited in all the apartments. Each apartment has its own outdoor area with garden furniture. The apartments look out either towards the pool or towards the lake. There is even more space in the big park, which makes the house especially attractive for families with children, who can play freely. The big pool in the park is open during the summer season and there are sun loungers and parasols. The olive trees provide shade on hot summer days. Pets are welcome (extra charge only for the final cleaning of the apartment). Many other services are offered. You can enjoy the optional breakfast in the common room or on your own terrace, use babysitting services or hire an oldtimer for a nostalgic tour. Enquire at the reception. At the Honesty Bar you can get drinks and snacks around the clock as self service. The house also has a laundry room (use not included in the price) and there is a big, open parking space on site. The guesthouse is gay-friendly and is open all year round.

The lake and its many beaches is about 6-8km away. Nearby there are also many options for sports enthusiasts, such as golf, tennis, clay pigeon shooting or mountain biking. It is easy to get to the most popular leisure parks in the region, such as Gardaland, Canevaworld Resort or the Parco Natura Viva zoo and safari park. You can book a guided boat tour on the lake. The reception is happy to provide information and advice, or to make bookings for you. Of course there is also the proximity to towns such as Brescia (30km), Verona (48km), Mantova (70km) with their countless art treasures, monuments and shopping facilities within a historical setting. The nearest airports are Verona, Brescia and Bergamo (80km).

Holiday Apartment in Lonato Del Garda with Private Terrace and Wonderful View

The guesthouse offers two three-room apartments and three two-room apartments, which were all renovated and newly furnished in 2012. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds, a wardrobe, bedside table and lamp. There is a living and dining room with a lovely dining table. The cooking niche is fully-equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and dishwasher. The bathrooms are light a spacious with a shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. Bed linen and hand towels are provided free of charge.

The two three-room apartments are on the first floor and provide around 80m² of space for four to six people. They consist of two bedrooms with double bed (152 x 203cm), a living room with a sofa bed (for one or two persons), a dining space and cooking niche, and two bathrooms. Children’s or supplementary beds can be booked in addition. Hand towels are provided free of charge and bed linen can be changed at an extra charge. Air conditioning and heating are included in the price. A telephone and cable TV are provided. Small dogs are allowed, as long as they are kept on the leash outside. Two parking spaces per apartment are reserved on site. There is free wireless Internet access in the breakfast room and at the reception.

Both apartments have a private terrace with a table and chairs, one affording a view of the pool and the park and the other looking out towards the lake, so you can dine outdoors.

Es gab sogar einen Hunndesitterservice.Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!!”

    “Het ruime balkon van ons appartement op de tweede verdieping bood een prachtig uitzicht op het Gardameer. In het appartement is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, in goede staat en schoon.
    De airconditioning is bijzonder aangenaam.
    Ook het grote grasveld met bomen rondom het zwembad is mooi en je kunt er heel prettig zitten.”

    “Das Objekt hat eine wunderschöne Lage, es ist ruhig mit einem fantastischen Blick auf den Gardasee.
    Auf dem riesigen Grundstück sind mehrere Olivenbäume, die Schatten spenden. Der Pool ist richtig groß, so dass man schwimmen kann. Die Wohnungen sind super sauber und total geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Handtücher werden häufiger gewechselt. Die Zimmer haben alle Klimaanlage und in den Schlafzimmern gibt es jeweils einen Fernseher. Die Gastgeberin ist total charmant, super nett und immer hilfsbereit. Wir haben tolle Tipps von ihr für Unternehmungen erhalten. Die Lage am Südwestufer ist optimal für Unternehmungen. Man erreicht innerhalb kurzer Zeit Bundesstraße wie auch Autobahn. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in ca. 10 Minuten Entfernung mit dem Auto. Auf einen PKW ist man aber immer angewiesen. Zufahrt zu dem Objekt ist die letzten 1-2 km etwas holprig und eng, aber dann empfängt einem eine wunderschöne mit Oleandern gesäumte Auffahrt. Wir haben uns jedesmal gefreut, wieder "nach Hause" zu kommen. Für uns ist das Anwesen ein Traum und wir kommen bestimmt wieder (Familie mit zwei Jungs, 13 und 18 Jahre).”
