Holiday apartments in a villa on the outskirts of the popular travel destination of Rovinj, on the coast of the Istrian peninsula


The holiday apartments are in a private villa in a quiet residential area in the northern part of the town of Rovinj, on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula. The area features a lovely green landscape.

The elegant villa, which was completed in 1985, was renovated in 2015. It consists of five comfortable holiday apartments, two on the ground floor and three on the first floor. They are tastefully and comfortably furnished. There is a shared laundry room with a washing machine. Wireless Internet access is available in the garden and in the apartments.

The site all around the house is enclosed. Behind the villa there is a shared garden with a generous lawn and planted with some fruit trees. A brick-built grill is available. There is a practical stone sink in the orchard. There are two parking areas in front of the house for up to seven cars.

The sea is just 100 metres away. The centre of town is within easy access 2000 metres away along the beach promenade. Within 1000 metres you can find grocery shops, restaurants and other shops.

The holiday apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate up to three people. The spacious living room-kitchen is functionally equipped and comfortably furnished. The modern kitchen unit provides a gas stove, a fridge with a freezer compartment and a coffee machine. A sofa, satellite TV and a dining table with chairs are also provided. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a single bed (90 x 200cm), as well as a wardrobe. The bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle. The apartment is pleasantly fresh even without air conditioning, owing to the high-quality building structure. All the rooms have radiators.

There is a veranda in front of the apartment, with a table and chairs, so you can enjoy meals here and spend leisurely summer evenings with a glass of wine.

    “Das Appartement war sehr schön, zweckmäßig und sauber. Gastgeberin sehr. Strand gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. WLAN sehr gut. Räume angenehm kühl, ohne die Klimaanlage einzuschalten . Rundum sehr zu empfehlen.”

    “Lage, Größe und Aufteilung der Wohnung war gut. Die Betten waren prima. Geschirr etc. sehr spartanisch und zum Teil kaputt. Die Küchenzeile war nicht so sauber. Wir haben erst mal das Geschirr , den Herd und die Griffe geputzt... Die Mikrowelle gab es erst auf Nachfrage und dann war sie defekt. Den Grill im Garten konnte man nicht nutzen, es gab dafür keinen Rost. Als Last Minute Angebot angemessen - zum Normalpreis hätten wir uns geärgert, da wir mehr Sauberkeit und etwas weniger abgewohntes Mobiliar erwartet hätten.”

    “Wir fühlten uns in "unserer" Ferienwohnung sehr wohl. Einrichtung und Sauberkeit sehr zufriedenstellend. WLAN kostenlos! Unser Tag begann mit Frühstück auf dem Balkon und endete beim gemütlichem Zusammensein, ebenso auf dem Balkon. Was auch wichtig ist, für uns jedenfalls (rückengeschädigt): die Schlafmatratzen waren in sehr gutem "Zustand," nicht zu weich und nicht zu hart. Die Eigentümerin war sehr nett und freundlich. Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Mundpropaganda in Familien-und Freundeskreis ist angesagt.”
