    Auch zum Wandern ist Sassnitz ein toller Ausgangspunkt, wer nicht so gerne wandert findet unten am Hafen in der Touristeninformation nette und freundliche Beratung zur Erkundung der Umgebung mit dem Schiff oder dem Bus, natürlich kannn man auch mit dem Auto fahren.
    Unten am Hafen gibt es jede Menge Restaurants, da ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei auch frischer Räucherfisch wird angeboten.
    Sehr schön war die kleine Altstadt, Am Altstadtmarkt, mit verschiedenen kleinen Geschäften mit viel Handwerk.Uns hat die kleine Galerie und die Silberschmiede von Frau Andrea Student und Frau Katrin Stulz sehr gefallen,sowie die kleine Buchhandlung kombiniert mit einem kleinen Cafe.
    In der spanischen Tappas-Bar mit einer tollen Aussenterase kann man sehr schön den Abend ausklingen lassen.”
