Villa Daria is located in the south-west of Cape Coral on a canal with access to the Gulf of Mexico. The pool area is south-facing and offers sunshine all day long so that you can really make the most of it here. It is integrated into a terrace lined with large palm trees. Comfortable sun loungers are available for you here. You can then recover from a busy day full of vacation impressions in the separate whirlpool and then go to rest, tired and relaxed.
The large covered terrace has comfortable seating and a table with 6 chairs. Here you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner while enjoying the beautiful view of the pool and the canal beyond.
Thanks to the propane gas barbecue, you can treat your loved ones to delicious smelling steaks, typical American hamburgers or even shrimps or lobsters. Add a well-chilled beer or a glass of wine and nothing will stand in the way of a relaxed dinner.
From the entrance area you reach the living room which is furnished with rattan seating. Of course there is also a large screen TV. A separate dining area is furnished in the same style and offers space for 6 people. The white kitchen with stainless steel appliances is fully equipped, and a wine fridge is also available.
From the master bedroom with TV and King size bed, you have access to both the terrace and the bathroom. This is equipped with a corner bathtub, a walk-in shower, double sinks and a separate WC.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and the third bedroom with two single beds and a desk - but nobody writes postcards anymore. The bathroom that belongs to the two bedrooms has a sink, a bath-shower combination and a WC.
A washer and dryer are available for you in the laundry room
